United Sports Bars and Grills at Ghatkopar in Rcity mall has this exciting offer every Tuesday. This place is a unique way to create a most exciting dining atmosphere on the inspiration of sports.
Well, these matches and sports do not interest me much so, not gonna talk about it in detail. But since as foodie I will definitely guide you through what things you can order for and how amazing this place is.

Being away from the ruckus of the mall’s food court this place is amidst the shopping corners taking a huge space. So be ready to steal a meal and make a deal this coming Tuesday!
Ambience
As you enter the very hand-picked, specific pops are being played from a range of golden classics to Shakira to Bollywood item songs.
United ‘Sports’ Bars and Grills. The name suggests the place’s ambience! Keeping the sports word in mind they have a huge projector arranged that plays only sports every day and all day.
Note it- This place is usually crowded on the weekends with all the young and happening crowd!
Neither too dark nor too dull, the ambience of the place is perfect! Be it the music, the interiors with the black and red paint on the walls, quotes on drinking and display of various clocks showing different country times. Basically, this place is totally a fanboyism spot.

They have a huge variety of food served. But apparently, the variety decreases when it comes to Vegetarian. Spicy chaknas that are most needed while watching sports. Herbed tangy drinks and varieties of pizza.
COCKTAILS
Indian Ethnics
Lemonee Melonee, a tangy combination of lime and watermelon with vodka served in a Martini glass.It didn’t really seem like a tequila martini due to its less quantity of every main ingredient.
A perfect concoction of various ingredients; paan, lime, sweet n sour mix and white rum.
Twisted Classics
Beer lovers would definitely love this. Honestly, this was the highlight of every cocktail that we called for. A mix of white rum, beer and mint. Though being a beer hater I still loved this!

L.I.I.T’s
The description came out to be weird but taste turned out to be really divergent! Tequilla, rum, Gin and Red Wine.

-Indian Starters
Mushrooms marinated in Zaafrani mix and stuffed with excessive cheese and fatness 😛 it was the most scrumptious start!

The platter consisted of 4 different bites and an extravagant treat!
Soft bite! Melt in mouth soft paneer tikka. Perfectly marinated and fresh slices of vegetables served along.
Vegetables like cauliflower and Broccoli are really rare to find! Yes the quality, the fresh and not stale taste is really rare to find. These ones were perfect! Almond, malai marinated broccoli was something really different to taste.
The name is quite different! A subtle taste of mango sauce on the top and the balls filled with mushrooms and cheese. A pinwheel is completely different but yes they were something different.
This is one of the most common noshes served at every place. But this tasted really different and perfect with the good amount of honey, chilli and garlic.
A MUST TRY PLATTER!
– Chucks
The khichiya Papad were way too oily and the onion-tomato masala was too less.
warm, crispy peanuts perfectly coated in spicy tangy masala of tomatoes and red chilli powder.
HAHAHA! Anda Kejriwal is not what you must be thinking now! The most ‘cheap’ starter with an okayish taste. 2 boiled masala eggs and a slice of bread with half fry on it.
The fries were too tasty but nothing tasted as Parmesan in it! We had to call for a cheese sauce because it didn’t taste as we expected it to be.
Pizzas
A thin crust Pizza with grilled vegetables, buffalo cheese, Pesto sauce as its base and Parmesan cheese. A perfect veg pizza to order for who loves crispy vegetables and pesto sauce.
Main Course
- Chinese Hot Pot in Hunan Sauce-
This hot sizzling spicy pot was actually a quintessential end to the whole course. We had a choice of hot garlic sauce too, with either rice or noodles but instead we opted for Hunan Sauce with rice. The shredded ginger and garlic in pepper and soya are completely different than our normal schezwan sauce. Honestly, a must try dish!
Final Verdict
In no way, i can verdict this place as bad! Everything about united was too good. This was the second time we had visited it and definitely going to visit again. They have the offer to avail on every Tuesday and so it was nice to our pocket but other than offers it can tear off your pockets 😛
However, a must visit!
