Oozo is a newly opened tap room at Sakinaka, Andheri(East). This new establishment serves some different delicacies from several parts of the world. This place is not amongst one of those monotonous typical resto-bars. It is definitely a treat for all the Hookah Lovers.
So, here I was introduced to the bright spark- “Chef Saif” he is the chef consultant not only for Oozo but also for the places like : Little Door, Flip Bar & Kitchen, Fusion Kitchen and many more upcoming Restaurants.

  1. SAMBAL BABY POTATO

These tiny balls of happiness are nothing but baby potatoes sauteed in hot Sambal sauce which is made with a variety of Peppers. The sour, tangy taste of sugar and lemon had made it more enhancing.

BIGtip: Sambal is supposed to be really spicy and very impactful in taste. But, here they tasted a bit dull and unflavoured.

Nachos has always been a good ideas to start of with your meal. This different new concept of Saffron with Nachos is something one should really try. A beautiful concept but missed at making eye pleasing 😦

5.RENDANG COTTAGE CHEESE

A Thai flavoured Cottage Cheese mixed aptly with Thai Chili and Coconut Essence. As the name suggests, Rendang is a spicy dish originated from Indonesia. A perfect concoction of sweet, sour and spicy flavours could be felt on the buds.  Keeping the savour of the dish aside, the quantity and presentation of the dish were really saddening.

BIGtip: Serving Salad with a starter is the best thing but, only if the Salad is not left raw and is sauteed well. Raw salad tends to be not eaten by us and hence it goes waste.,

More than a sipping drink, it tasted like a shake. but, Amazing idea and presentation.
