– Silken Tofu With Burnt Garlic
- DRIED VEGETABLES IN FRENCH LETTUCE WRAP
the vegetables in the salad were really juicy and fresh. The taste of it was not really something different and pleasing though!

- WILD MUSHROOM CRYSTAL DUMPLINGS
These cute little soft dumplings are nothing but our favourite- Mushrooms These small balls of happiness is made out of 3 types of mushrooms, namely :
- Shittake
- Button
- Semangi with truffle paste.
The dumplings had a good texture but were really sticky and oily 😦 The concoction of 3 mushrooms went really well and made it scrumptious
BIGtip-it could have been more tastier if it had some complete divergent dip!

- PUMPKIN DUMPLINGS
The pumpkin dumplings had some really different ingredients in it! The dumplings consisted of 2 types of fungus, i.e, Black Fungus and White fungus. Here they aren’t used to bring out any taste or flavour. These ingredients are only used to bring out the texture in a dish. They give a crunchy texture and generally are tasteless. Further, the dumplings had really minced pumpkin and carrots.
BIGtip– the dumplings were quite oily and sticky. They tasted really sweet and didn’t have that flavour which was expected.

- ONION PANCAKE
These triangular cut cheesy pancakes Are Chewy, flaky, and savory scallion pancakes and one of my very favorite Chinese restaurant treats. This pan-fried bread has a lot in common with Indian parathas and other simple flatbreads These little pancakes are filled with lots of cheese, onions and scallions. This was served with coriander sauce which looked really complicated but was actually really simple in taste and ingredients.
MUST TRY!

- SILKEN PEPPER SALT TOFU
these yummy soft tofu paneer literally melted in my mouth. They were reallt different because of the ingredients they were cooked in, i.e- in buttered garlic and pepper.

- Mains
– Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaves
– Royal China Exotic Vegetables
– Sauted French Beans In Garlic
– Veg Soya Noodles in Hong- Kong style
- The main course at Royal China was really the best. The RC exotic Vegetables and Hong- Kong noodles are definitely worth trying. Talking about the Sauted French beans in Garlic, they were really bland and no flavour could be felt. :(Rest, the whole meal, from the start to the end was really enjoyable and scrumptious
- Deserts
In deserts, we tried the HONEY WALNUT PIE
This scrumptious Honey walnut Pie is something that is worth trying. Warm, sweet and crunchy pie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! This was one of the best deserts I’ve tried so far. The essence and the richness in the taste was commendable.
