  1. COCKTAILS-

Hoppipola has designed its own cocktails and drinks which are fantastically concocted with different ingredients, also they have a really huge and different variety of drinks that we can try our buds on!

  • Da VinciTini-
Paint your own masterpiece! We all know who Leonardo Da Vinci was and thus the drink is designed in such a way that describes him. The cocktail comes in a pallet-shaped tray which contains two flasks and a paint brush. A flask filled with mixed chocolate i.e( dark, milk and caramel) and the brush to paint your glass. While the other flask comes with the main drink which has (expresso Vodka and Bailey’s cream whisky) basically the concept is to paint the class and add decor to it. This drink is a masterpiece in itself because of its innovative idea and creation. A fantastic taste of coco is sensed in the tipple. which feels amazing!

Budget-Rs. 445

  • Peach Mint Julep-

A julep is basically a drink that is sweet and sour. This tipple is the perfect julep after sweet lime soda!
A combination of peach syrup, mint leaves and gin. The taste was perfect and the flavours of each ingredient could be sensed easily.
Every ingredient complemented each other which made the drink superb!

Budget- Rs.375

  • 100%  Chagin-
Yes, it totally charges you 100%!
Sparkling wine with kiwi Puree and Vodka. The taste of Kiwi felt a little less. Rest the innovative idea of mixing kiwi and wine is a superb idea.

Budget- Rs.275

  • whisky sour Old Fashion-
A ‘cocktail drink’ on the rocks!
Typical old fashion cocktail where no syrup, juice or any aerated drinks are mixed with spirits. Perfect for hardcore whisky lovers. A Cocktail diluted with iced water, sugar syrup and flavour of orange peel.

Budget- Rs.325

2. MOCKTAILS-

1492161166278.jpeg

  • Curried Apples-
The very first mocktail which can actually be called as ‘different and yet so amazing’. Who knew curry leaves(Kadhi Pata) can be used in the drinks as well! An Amazing Indian touch is given to this drink by these little-crushed leaves. A combination of curry leaves, cranberry juice, green apple juice, soda and 7Up. The main concentration was on the curry leaves and therefore the flavour of apple could not be felt. The different flavor of curry leaves literally made the whole drink AMAZING! The former part of the drinks name is proved but not the latter part!

Budget- Rs.120

1492161232234.jpeg

  • Forbidden Punch-
This drink was the most enticing and the scrumptious one! Served in a flute type glass. The roasted taste of hazelnut syrup in the drink was a game changer and the controller too. The combination of pineapple juice, cranberry juice topped with cream. Basically a newer version of old Pina Colada.

A MUST TRY!

Budget- Rs.120

  • Nutty fruity-
Something really fruity but nothing nutty! oops!
A concoction of juices and the main hazelnut syrup made this mocktail really luscious!
This was somewhat similar to the forbidden punch because of the hazelnut syrup.
SUGGESTION- this could have been made differently with some other juices and syrups.

Budget- Rs.120

1492161622575.jpeg

  • Watermelon Basil Crush-
The very powerful taste of basil leaves left me stunned. It was appropriate in a quantity which was perfectly balanced with watermelon crush. It tasted a bit sweet and hence it could have been balanced off with some sourness of the lemon.

Budget- Rs.120

3.FOOD FOOD FOOD-

  • Nachos Libre-
Be quick or else they’ll get squashy! Made of ready made tortilla chips, Creamy Beans, Salsa Sauce and minced Jalapenos. Usually when we think Nachos we think of it filled with cheese, cheese and extra cheese. The missing part in these Nachos was the cheese. It felt to be really low. The quantity was perfect and completely filling for 2 people.

Budget- Rs.155

1492161331943.jpeg

  • Chinese Steam Bao-
Bao is a steamed type of bun, made of yeast and comes from the Chinese cuisine. The buns were perfectly steamed, they were fresh, warm and soft. The filling inside wasn’t appropriate, it lacked from spices. Since it was a Chinese bun, the taste of that garlic and spicy flavour was lacking. Baos are supposed to be a bit subtle but, this lacked the subtle taste too.

Budget- Rs.195

1492161467778.jpeg

  • Khari Khari Spinach and Corn-
Morning snack became a night munching nosh!
A great experiment don with Khari biscuits. Simply wow! The concept as a whole is superb. But, it lacked many ingredients. The dish as a whole didn’t go well with its name. A dish’s name usually describes the dish. In this case, the amount of spinach was too much in comparison to the amount of corn. No herbs or flavours could be sensed. It lacked cheese.
SUGGESTION- Sauting the spinach and corn in a sauce can get a great flavour to the dish.

Budget- Rs.195

1492161508003.jpeg

  • Pav Bhai Fondue-
Ever heard of it|? No, right?
The very different pav bhaji fondue. Made of extra cheese and a slight tinge taste of pav bhaji. Hey! If you are hoping it to be exactly like those typical pav bhaji’s then nah this is not the right place for you! BECAUSE THIS IS SOMETHING REALLY DIFFERENT! The taste didn’t really excite me much it felt as if something was missing and that was the main pav bhaji masala. The masala was really low in content. But apart from all this, it is a really great innovative creation!

Budget- Rs.225

1492166954683.jpeg

  • Skinnard Fries-
Potato skins battered and deep-fried with flakes of chiles and other seasonings. Crisp, hot fries is something we can never compromise. Served with 2 different dips- (i) A mix of Harrison Mayonaise with the normal Mayonaise (ii) the Aioli Mediterranean dip in curd base.
A MUST TRY NOSH superb taste with some lip smacking dips.

Budget- Rs.155

4. DESERT-

1492161660233.jpeg

  • Vanilla Bean Panna Cota with Strawberry Coulis-
    MUST, MUS, MUST, MUST TRY!
The fresh vanilla extracts from flat leafed vanilla is a taste that you won’t get anywhere else. Vanilla Panna Cottas with the puree of strawberry(Coulis). A marvellous combination and an amazing fantabulous taste. A PERFECT SHOW STOPPER OF THE NIGHT!

Budget- Rs.175

FINAL VERDICT/ BIG TIP-

The drinks, ambience and service is too good. The food has to be improved. Cocktails and mocktails were the best.
