Farzi has never disappointed us when it comes to Mixology and gastronomy. This Aloo Bukhara Salad is something you should try when you visit here.
Aloo Bukhara is commonly known as ‘Plum’ .This salad is made of cranberry puree, Goat Cheese, pomegranates and served with Lavash.
The sweet taste bought by cranberry and sourness given by goat cheese is completely splendid. People who love Kale would definitely want to have this.

At @farzicafe even daily’s dal chawal sounds and tastes interesting because everything here is about mixology and modernism. Farzi Cafe’s concept makes you go from ‘Oh!’ to ‘Oh My God!’ So about this dish, these Arancini balls find their roots in the Italian cuisine. So instead of expecting meat or rice filling in them, you’ll find our usual dal-chawal in them topped with chutney and served with papad rolls and mango pickled mayo alongside. Further to tell you, the Mayo comes with a base of Salsa sauce to retain its originality!

The Gun Point Drink at @farzicafe is amongst their signature drinks.
This drink is named after its cutlery i.e the way it is presented is in a gun type of cutlery.
It gives you a feeling of drinking up the whole thing at once as someone has held you at Gun-point!
Yes, it’s that tasty! 🤤
Sambuca is one of the ingredients in the drink that makes it very interesting and freshening to have this at one go. Talking about its making, Farzi’s In-house made Passion Fruit Puree and Pineapple juice brings out more summery kinda taste and feel in it 🔆
We also tried their another cocktail i.e ‘ Joy Rider’ this is made of Vodka, Vanilla Syrup with a coffee like taste in it and Agave Nectar which gives a frothy like texture to the drink.

- CHAR GRILLED VEGETABLES WITH PHUKHTAAN CURRY AND ROASTED CASHEWS
Char-grilled vegetables are those which are cooked on a high flaming coal till they slightly burn or turns black. This was served with jeera and chili paratha.
The curry and the Paratha served was unfortunately a bit let-down in terms of taste.

- FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE BAR WITH TUTTY FRUITY ICE CREAM AND FRUIT PEARLS 🍇
Farzi never fails to surprise any of us! Well, this dish was totally about concoctions, ideas and mixology.
This desert is so eye pleasing and appealing. As soon as you see this dish you will want to have it. The nutty flourless chocolate bar with in-house made tutty fruity served with small scooped pearls of fresh fruit.

The other scrumptious desert which we tried was the Fenni Nest.
This dish is basically is in the form of a ‘Nest’ and is topped with one ‘chenna Ball’ which looks like an egg! Interesting right? Well, it’s not only interesting but really satisfies your sweet tooth!

Talking about its all over presentation, the place has a really impressive staff and the best concoction of food you can ever find!
Be it Farzi or any other eatery owned by Jiggs Kalra, they are made to stand out and are incomparable. They perfectly define the meaning of ‘gastronomy’ and ‘mixology’
