Banana Leaf
After some shopping, tired and exhausted, we thought of skipping all the mainstream cuisines and to try a kosher place with Southern flavours: BANANA LEAF
Talking about its authenticity; clean, hygienic with skill and practice they take you through a traditional experience of the Southern states of India. A cuisine completely based on the South’s staple food; rice and minimum use of spices with their main ingredient as Coconut. We were welcomed by the team with RASAM a South Indian soup, concocted with Imli Powder, Tomato, steamed Lentils, Onion and Garlic Masala and Rasam powder. ( A superb taste)

AMBIENCE-
An ambience with the redolence of aggarbatis with low beats of the Southern music and the Artwork of R.K Narayan. The normal seating arrangement furnished with an air conditioned system and open fresh air arrangements too!
FOOD:
The meal is served to you on a VAZAHAILLAI( a freshly cut banana leaf). This leaf has its own medicinal values. This leaf has been a point of argument to the fact that the ghee/oil does not stick to the leaf and provides you with a healthy meal!
